What is the turn around time after an order is placed?
Orders are processed and delivered within 48 hours. If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be delivered within 24 hours after the next business day.
How will I access my gallery and marketing materials?
You will receive an email or text notification as soon as your products are ready. For marketing materials, you’ll have access to your own branded portal where everything is stored. From there, you can edit your social media products directly on the website and download them to publish across your own platforms, emails, and marketing channels.
